Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unworn items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
